Good week with an increase in my running mileage biking almost the same.  This is fine as my next races are running only.

Run 32.9 iles in 5:10:19 4 runs

Bike 43.7 miles in 3:26:43 2 bikes one MTB

Resistance 45 mins

Yoga 2:45
