Part of my prep for the Great Wall Marathon was to get my weight down to 144 pounds I didnt have a lot to loose and planned to take it nice and easy. I jumped on the scales on Monday to find my weight at 144.4! On target well ahead of schedule perhaps 7 50+mile weeks has something to do with it!
Carol has every Wednesday off and we usually try to spend the day together. This week we went for a walk along the Fife Coastal Path on an abs stunning day. Cold, bright, dry and clear you could see for miles. In the eveing we went to the local Odeon to see the RSC beamed live a production of Loves Labours won an excellent show.
Thursday and Friday I spent on a Trail Cycle leaders course at Lochore meadows. A great two days and even managed to get some biking in.
On Saturday I spent the morning running along some of the Fife Coastal Path(see sep post) and the evening at a ceilidh with Carol dancing our socks off.
Training wise another good week even with two days spent on course.
