Winter base+ week 3

It is said that it takes 6 weeks to build a new habit with that in mind perhaps I should have devised Base+ on a 6 week cycle and not 5 but my theory is working and that was that it will take this first cycle to settle into a decent training regime which includes specific times for resistance, core and extra yoga all done in the home.

The biking and running all went good this week.  Most of the biking was done on the turbo which is great for single leg drills and interval work without the worry of slipping on icy roads which are now beginning to appear.

Bike stats:

112 miles

8 hours

1422 ft of climb

Run stats:

21 miles

3 hours

900 feet of climbing.
